Kay has worked in the field of Organization Development, Training, and Human Resources for almost all of her career. Most recently she served as Manager of Organization Effectiveness and Talent Management at Thomson Reuters in Toronto, Canada for over 16 years.

The Kitchen Place was established in Oshawa in 1979. Brian Binns, the President, brings over 50 years experience to the business as he is the second generation of his family to be involved in the kitchen business.

Before settling in Oshawa, I travelled to various parts of the world and enjoyed learning about their cultures and histories.
