NANCY – Barter Prime Marketplace & ZipWP
Barter Prime Marketplace – Full Website QA
Site: https://barterprimemarketplace.com/
Work Type: AI + Manual Testing
Nancy completed manual and automated QA covering desktop, laptop, and phone.
The initial QA identified six issues: two High, two Medium, and two Low.
The documented issues included:
Three broken search-index links returning 404.
Contact form failure on the tested device.
Broken search-results layout.
Search failing to surface existing content.
Default “Hello world!” sample content.
Developer email exposed as the post author.
The website otherwise passed multiple checks covering page rendering, navigation, buttons, images, headers, footers, privacy/terms pages, and general loading performance.
Barter Prime Marketplace – Contact Form Fix
The contact form was separately investigated after displaying an “Inquiry Failed” error.
The failure was traced to server-side email delivery rather than the visible form interface.
Two child-theme troubleshooting revisions were deployed, but the error remained.
Deeper investigation confirmed that WordPress did not have a properly configured SMTP transport and was falling back to failing native PHP mail.
The website was confirmed to use Titan Mail, requiring SMTP configuration.
Milan subsequently corrected the SMTP setup.
The contact form was retested and confirmed working.
Status: Resolved
ZipWP Site Creation
Nancy continued the assigned ZipWP site-creation workflow using website information prepared with ChatGPT and updating the associated tracking sheet.
MIKE – Air Vision Adventures, Durham Tutor & Website QA

Site: https://airvisionadventures.ca/
Mike investigated a customer-facing notification stating:
“Payment has not been collected yet!”
Order #0001 for the Paragliding Intro Day was found as an unpaid/pending Interac e-Transfer order.
The investigation confirmed that SureCart currently does not send a customer email for unpaid manual-payment orders. Payment instructions are shown on the post-checkout confirmation page, meaning customers who close the page do not receive those instructions by email.
No dedicated “payment pending” email was found in the current notification settings.
MD-PM
Site: https://md-pm.com/
The missing WordPress Theme File Editor was investigated.
Potential causes identified included:
Non-Administrator WordPress role.
DISALLOW_FILE_EDIT configuration.
Security-plugin restrictions.
A safer alternative was documented: retrieving header.php, style.css, and functions.php through the hosting File Manager rather than editing them directly in WordPress.

Site: https://canadianobituaries.com/
Current Ubersuggest findings included:
2 pages missing meta descriptions.
6 pages without a declared doctype.

Development: https://dev.dronepilots.ca/
