The AAWS team completed another productive day across website development, technical SEO, quality assurance, obituary publishing, property listing management, website troubleshooting, directory development, responsive testing, contact-form fixes, Muse development, and AI-assisted workflows.
Major work focused on Canadian Obituaries, Market My Company, Balsam Trent Cottages, Durham Estate Sales, Durham Power of Sale, Durham Tutor, OpenClaw911, Barter Prime Marketplace, TorontoHomeBuilders.com, Thomas Efraim LLP, and other active AAWS client projects.
MARIA – Website QA & Obituary Publishing
Market My Company – Live vs. Staging QA
Live: https://marketmycompany.com/
Staging: http://marketmycompany.allaboutwebservices.com/
Work Type: AI + Manual QA
Maria completed a live-versus-staging website audit and prepared a detailed QA report documenting the comparison and identified findings.
Balsam Trent Cottages – Ongoing QA
Testing continued on the Balsam Trent Cottages development website.
Status: In Progress
Staging Website Loading Issues
Several staging websites were found to be unresponsive or failing to load:
- More for Less Travel
- Personal Care Help
- PotSheds
- Website Makeover
These environments require additional technical review before further QA can be completed.
Canadian Obituaries – Publishing
Site: https://canadianobituaries.com/
Work Type: AI + Manual Work
Maria reported six new obituaries published:
- James Joseph Kerwin
- Larry Marvin Park
- Chong Kook Park
- Elizabeth Cecilia Colley
- Paul Christopher Allen
- Mary Louise Barlow
Obituary Image Updates
Image updates were completed for:
- Ruth Ellen Leitch
- Robert Elgin Hanna
NANCY – Barter Prime Marketplace & TorontoHomeBuilders.com
Barter Prime Marketplace – Website Fixes
Site: https://barterprimemarketplace.com/
Work Type: Manual + AI Work
Nancy completed follow-up work on the issues identified during the previous Barter Prime Marketplace QA cycle.
The confirmed fixes were implemented primarily through the PHP child theme, with backups created before relevant deployments.
Contact Form / SMTP
The previously reported Contact form failure was traced to email-delivery configuration.
Milan corrected the SMTP configuration, after which the Contact form was manually retested and confirmed to be working.
Status: Fixed & Verified
Broken Opportunity Pages
Three previously broken opportunity pages were repaired by correcting WordPress rewrite handling through the PHP child theme.
The affected pages subsequently returned HTTP 200:
- Whitetail Deer Hunts
- Waterfowl Hunts
- Guided Fly-in Fishing
Status: Fixed & Verified
Contact Dropdowns
The Contact form dropdowns were tested with JavaScript enabled and disabled.
Native fallback controls remained visible, keyboard-accessible, full-width, and functional when JavaScript was unavailable.
Because the fallback already worked correctly, no code change was required.
Search Results
A dedicated responsive search.php template was added through the child theme.
The updated search experience preserved WordPress search, pagination, result links, and navigation while correcting the layout.
Desktop and mobile testing confirmed:
- Correct rendering.
- No horizontal overflow.
- Working search submissions.
- Working result links.
- Continued access to Home, Listings, Contact, and Opportunity pages.
Status: Fixed & Verified
Default WordPress Content
The default “Hello world!” post was moved from Published to Draft.
The Developer author byline was reviewed but left unchanged because changing or hiding it requires approval.
Overall, the confirmed Barter Prime Marketplace issues were addressed and manually verified.
TorontoHomeBuilders.com – Muse Development
Site: TorontoHomeBuilders.com
Work Type: AI Work + Manual Testing
Nancy built and refined a new Toronto/GTA-focused directory website using Muse.
The project was designed as a directory and discovery platform for home builders, custom builders, renovation companies, luxury builders, infill builders, and related residential construction businesses.
The architecture was also designed with a future WordPress + GeoDirectory migration in mind.
Directory Features
The prototype includes:
- Builder search.
- Keyword/location search.
- Category filtering.
- Service filtering.
- Rating filtering.
- Verified-listing filtering.
- Sorting.
- Grid/list/map views.
- Builder profiles.
- Project galleries.
- Quote requests.
- Save/share functionality.
- Claim Listing functionality.
Content Integrity
Demo builders, ratings, reviews, and photographs were explicitly treated as fictional/sample information.
The project avoids unsupported claims that builders are licensed, certified, insured, vetted, or endorsed and avoids implying government or Tarion affiliation without a real relationship.
Design & Navigation
The website was converted to a clean light-mode design.
A Toronto-inspired logo using a house/CN Tower concept was added.
Header, navigation, spacing, alignment, mobile navigation, and calls-to-action were refined.
Page Structure & Contact
Standalone Builder Categories and Projects pages were removed from navigation while their useful content remained available through the homepage.
The Contact page was rebuilt as a full-page experience with enquiry routing, validation, and improved presentation.
Validation & Publishing
Internal links, images, JavaScript syntax, filtering, sorting, data references, responsive behavior, and sample-data labeling were checked.
The refined website was then published to the public Muse project.
Status: Built, Refined & Published
KAT – Thomas Efraim LLP SEO
Thomas Efraim LLP – Full-Site SEO Optimization
Site: https://thomasefraimllp.com/
Work Type: AI + Manual SEO Work
Kat continued the broader full-site SEO optimization cycle.
The current priority work focused on the remaining Ubersuggest metadata issues.
Duplicate Meta Descriptions
Four pages were identified with duplicate meta descriptions.
Each page was reviewed individually, updated with page-specific metadata, and manually verified following implementation.
Status: 4/4 Fixed & Manually Verified
Long Title Tags
Three pages were identified with overly long title tags.
The titles were revised to improve length and search presentation while preserving important page context, search intent, and keyword relevance.
Status: 3/3 Fixed & Manually Verified

Work continued across:
- Crawlability.
- Indexability.
- robots.txt.
- XML sitemap.
- Canonical URLs.
- Redirects.
- Broken links.
- PageSpeed.
- Core Web Vitals.

- 86 Cherry Blossom Crescent, Clarington — $799,900

All 82 portal listings were checked against 585 published website posts.

The development site received further design and navigation refinement.
Work included:
- Site-wide transparent header configuration.
- Dark hero backgrounds where needed for readability.

- Navigation spacing verification.
- Navigation/footer typo corrections.
- Desktop testing.
- Mobile responsive testing.
- Button/CTA checks.
- Internal/external link checks.
- Animation verification.
The Durham Schools Click Here button remains non-functional because no destination URL is assigned.
The page also currently lists communities rather than actual school listings.
All changes remained confined to development.
OpenClaw911 – Website Review
Site: https://openclaw911.com/
A detailed manual review found zero broken links across the checked navigation, footer, and CTA links.
Several functional/content issues were documented, including:
- Book Consultation page has no active form.
- Community CTA loops to the same page.
- Product checkout is not yet live.
- Contact form has no CAPTCHA.
- Privacy consent remains optional.
- Two Contact dropdowns lack accessible names.
- Breadcrumbs display hero taglines instead of page names.
- Product-title capitalization is inconsistent.
- Homepage JSON-LD WebPage name is incorrect.
- Blog bylines are inconsistent.
- One blog typo was identified.
- Favicon URL returns the site’s 404 page.
Desktop and mobile layouts were manually reviewed across the website.
Pending & Follow-Up Work
Market My Company’s live-versus-staging audit is complete, while Balsam Trent Cottages QA remains in progress.
The More for Less Travel, Personal Care Help, PotSheds, and Website Makeover staging environments require investigation because they were reported as failing to load.
Thomas Efraim LLP’s immediate metadata issues are fixed, but the broader technical SEO review and final Full Site SEO Optimization Report remain in progress.
Durham Tutor still requires a destination for the Durham Schools Click Here button and clarification regarding whether actual school listings should be added.
OpenClaw911 has several functional, accessibility, structured-data, content-consistency, and booking/checkout items requiring follow-up.
Overall Daily Outcome
