  • 17 existing listings updated.

Updates included pricing, listing status, MLS numbers, and replacement of broken portal links.

Listings were manually checked, and subscriber communication was prepared and sent.

Extensive course, checkout, and access work was completed.

The review found that only one product was initially purchasable online and that checkout had no Stripe or PayPal gateway connected.

New SureCart Products

Created:

Paragliding Intro Day — $350

A verified checkout link was created.

Also created:

P1 Ground School + Flight Training

No active quiz was found on the current website, so a reset button cannot be added until the separate course environment is restored or replaced.

NANCY – Monthly Reporting, Baker’s Table & ZipWP

Kitchen Place – September Monthly Report

Site: kitchenplace.ca

Work Type: AI + Manual Work

Nancy generated and validated the September 1–30 Kitchen Place monthly website report using verified WP Statistics data.

The report remained held from client delivery because mandatory uptime, backup, restore-test, and performance evidence was unavailable and two heuristic security-review signals remained visible.

Interactive Report Navigation

The reusable monthly-report template was enhanced with:

  • Dedicated Table of Contents.
  • Eight linked report headings.
  • Page numbers.
  • Clickable section navigation.
  • Internal PDF links.

The resulting Kitchen Place report contained nine pages and 72 internal navigation links, with navigation testing passing.

Google Reviews & Referral Offer

A clickable Google Reviews graphic was added alongside the existing review CTA.

The report closing page was subsequently updated with a new referral offer:

“Refer us a new Client and get a $100 bill credit for any of our services!”

The closing page also added AAWS service information covering website development, content, SEO/AI SEO, social-media strategies, marketing, and related services.

Corrected versions were distributed internally to Nancy and Milan after approval.

Status: Internal Review / Not Approved for Client Delivery

The Baker’s Table – Email Investigation

Site: https://thebakerstable.ca/

The investigation determined that the website does not use WooCommerce for ordering.

It uses VikRestaurants, with email delivery handled through SureMail/SureMails SMTP.

Initial investigation found current order notifications reaching the business but no customer-addressed emails in the examined mail log.

Further OpenClaw investigation confirmed that customer confirmation triggers were enabled and recent orders contained customer email addresses.

The active SureMail sender configuration was subsequently confirmed as correctly aligned with the configured Baker’s Table sender.

A controlled delivery test was approved using:

Sender: orders@thebakerstable.ca
Recipient: Nancy’s AAWS address

No customer, order, payment, or live email configuration data was intentionally modified.

Status: Controlled Test Initiated / Final Inbox Receipt Not Yet Documented

ZipWP Site Creation

Work Type: AI + Manual Work

Nancy continued the ZipWP website-creation workflow using business/site information prepared through ChatGPT and updated the associated tracking sheet.

KAT – Allen Mayer & Canadian Obituaries SEO

Allen Mayer – SEO Issue Fixes

Site: https://allenmayer.ca/

Work Type: AI + Manual SEO Work

Kat completed SEO corrections based on the latest Ubersuggest Site Audit.

The original audit reported:

  • 16 pages with duplicate meta descriptions.
  • 83 pages with overly long title tags.
  • 9 pages with multiple meta descriptions.
  • 1 page returning a 4XX status code.

Affected property/listing pages were reviewed individually rather than applying generic bulk metadata.

Duplicate descriptions were rewritten, overly long titles were shortened while retaining important property/location information, multiple meta-description tags were corrected, and the reported 4XX URL was addressed.

All corrected pages received manual verification following implementation.

Status: Assigned SEO Issue-Fixing Work Completed and Verified

Canadian Obituaries – SEO

Site: https://canadianobituaries.com/

Kat also corrected a duplicate-meta-description issue affecting two June Marie Kett obituary URLs.

The affected pages were manually reviewed, their metadata was differentiated appropriately, and the final implementation was checked to ensure obituary content itself remained unchanged.

Final verification confirmed that the duplicate metadata issue was corrected.

Status: Completed and Verified

MARIA – QA & Canadian Obituaries

Ongoing QA

Manual testing continued for:

AAWS Client Onboarding Form:
https://allaboutwebservices.com/form/client-onboarding-form-2/

  • Daniel Raymond Dupuis
  • Patti Lynn Killens
  • Robin Dale Parish
  • Carol Ann Corbeil

Pending & Follow-Up Work

Air Vision Adventures requires continued follow-up regarding prepaid-student access, the deactivated .club training environment, quiz functionality, and final payment configuration.

The Baker’s Table controlled email-delivery test requires final SMTP/inbox receipt confirmation.

Dental Web Directory requires continued GeoDirectory listing migration from the live site.

Steve’s Sheds requires the planned recurring Google Business Profile optimization.

All About Durham, DronePilots, and Barter Prime Marketplace require completion of their assigned QA/testing reports.

Ten Canadian Obituaries records remain withheld from the main publishing run pending safe verification.

The October 2 All About Durham news-roundup package remains private and should not be publicly released with publisher-hosted imagery unless the necessary reuse rights are confirmed.

Overall Daily Outcome

October 2 was a significant day across AAWS publishing, website development, SEO, listings, e-commerce, reporting, QA, video production, and technical support.

All About Durham received 23 verified Featured Images and a complete private October 2 video package. Aruba News received ten updated Featured Images. Canadian Obituaries received a substantial publishing run alongside additional manual publications and targeted SEO corrections.

Toronto New Home Builders underwent a major rebuild across its homepage, About, Services, Projects, Blog, Contact, navigation, forms, reviews, and responsive presentation. Dental Web Directory also received substantial development work across its homepage, directory experience, Contact, About, Advertising, and forms.

Mike completed detailed Durham Estate Sales listing updates and significantly expanded Air Vision Adventures’ SureCart purchase and course flow. Nancy advanced the reusable monthly-reporting system through clickable PDF navigation, Google Reviews integration, and referral content while conducting a detailed Baker’s Table email-delivery investigation.

Kat completed targeted Ubersuggest SEO corrections across Allen Mayer and Canadian Obituaries, while Maria continued website QA and obituary publishing.

Overall, the team advanced AI-assisted publishing, website development, technical SEO, e-commerce, forms, directory development, monthly reporting, listings, QA, video production, client communication, and ongoing website maintenance.
