NANCY – RobinReach Research, ZipWP & Training
RobinReach – Platform Research & Business Evaluation
Work Type: AI + Manual Work
Nancy completed a detailed business evaluation of RobinReach for AAWS.
The research examined platform functionality, supported networks, scheduling, automation, AI features, analytics, pricing, client collaboration, integrations, risks, and possible AAWS use cases.
RobinReach was documented as supporting social-media scheduling and publishing, AI content and image creation, content repurposing, comment management, recurring/bulk scheduling, analytics, client workspaces, approval workflows, WordPress/e-commerce automation, and API/MCP integration.
Automation & AI
Research covered Comment-to-DM workflows, WordPress/RSS automation, AI writing and image generation, content optimization, blog-to-social workflows, hashtags, scheduling, and MCP integration.
Human review remains important before AI-generated client content is published.
Client Management & Reporting
RobinReach’s Brand workspaces, permissions, client approval workflows, analytics, and PDF reporting were evaluated.
White-label reporting, AAWS report branding, scheduled client delivery, and comprehensive benchmarking were not clearly documented and therefore require hands-on pilot testing.
Pricing & AAWS Use Cases
The reviewed plans ranged from a free Seed tier through the $99/month Scale tier.
The Thrive plan at approximately $49/month was identified as the practical pilot level for AAWS because agency/client approval functionality begins at that tier.
Potential applications include AAWS marketing, managed social-media services, WordPress-to-social publishing, client content calendars, recurring posts, content repurposing, and internal workflow efficiency.
Recommendation
The recommendation is to run a controlled 3–4 week paid pilot before connecting or depending on RobinReach for broader client operations.
Testing should cover publishing reliability, AI quality, staff time saved, approvals, reporting, automation, and client interest.
The evaluation specifically recommends against making RobinReach AAWS’s only reporting system or moving client accounts to it until testing is successfully completed.
Status: Research Completed / Pilot Recommendation Prepared

Pending & Follow-Up Work
The AAWS Client Onboarding Form requires final QA-report review and approval before changes are made to the live form.
Aruba News has 37 October 1 stories collected and verified, but WordPress access is still required to complete duplicate checking, rewriting, image generation, SEO, and publication.
The Estate Sale Muse workflow requires additional troubleshooting because publication testing was unsuccessful.
Development-site cleanup, Brizy-site review, and rebuilt-site reviews remain active.
RobinReach research is complete, but the recommendation is to conduct a controlled pilot before broader AAWS/client adoption.
Overall Daily Outcome
October 1 was a substantial day across AAWS website development, QA, publishing, technical SEO, training, client onboarding, social-media technology research, listings, and AI-assisted operations.
Kawartha Waterfront Cottage received extensive visual and responsive improvements across its main pages and supporting content. The Carbon Trail homepage video issue was corrected, and the AAWS Client Onboarding Form reached the testing and QA stage with its conditional logic, uploads, notifications, and reCAPTCHA implemented.
Kat completed the Aruba News Full Biweekly SEO Optimization documentation, creating a comprehensive baseline covering Ubersuggest, SureRank, technical SEO, Search Console, WP Statistics, schema, internal linking, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
Nancy completed an extensive RobinReach business evaluation and recommended a controlled pilot rather than immediate client adoption. She also continued ZipWP site creation and participated in Muse training.
Maria completed website and form QA while publishing new Canadian Obituaries records. Mike successfully began using Muse for POS publishing and manually verified 80 listings, while the Estate Sale workflow remains under troubleshooting.
Overall, the team advanced website development, technical SEO, responsive QA, obituary publishing, onboarding systems, social-media research, listing automation, training, content operations, and ongoing website maintenance.
