Company Information

The Company Information section was simplified to provide a clearer and more focused registration experience.

  • Corporate Contact Name
  • Email
  • Phone Number

Unnecessary fields were removed to keep this stage of registration concise.

Event Date & Number of Teams

The Event Date & Number of Teams section was updated according to the requested registration flow.

Completed changes included:

  • Changed “Default Event Date” to “Select Your Event Date.”
  • Added a “Use this event date for all teams” option.
  • Implemented the multi-team registration structure.
  • Added functionality allowing registrants to specify the number of teams being registered.
  • Configured the form to dynamically generate the corresponding number of team sections.
  • Corrected the Team #1 duplication issue.
  • Verified sequential naming for Team #1, Team #2, Team #3, and subsequent teams.
  • Confirmed that a common event date can be applied to generated teams when selected.
  • Verified that team names populate correctly for each generated team.

Each team collects:

  • Team Name
  • Event Date when different from the primary event date
  • Division — Recreational or Competitive
  • Captain Name
  • Captain Email
  • Captain Cell Phone

Testing confirmed that the required information is requested only once per team and remains associated with the correct team when multiple teams are registered.
