The AAWS team completed a productive day across website development, SEO, QA, client support, content publishing, obituary publishing, booking-system configuration, and AI-assisted optimization. Key work included updates to SPD Auto Repair, More For Less Travel, Market My Company, Pot Sheds, Kitchen Place, All About Durham, Aruba News, Canadian Obituaries, and several ongoing client projects.

ELON – Client Communication, Publishing & Project Coordination

Task Description: Client communication, publishing, QA coordination, booking configuration, and internal reporting.

Action Taken / Outcome:

  • Reviewed the BFO Angels’ Tree 2026 email campaign. Updated 2026 materials are pending insertion before the revised test is sent for final approval.
  • Prepared comprehensive BPM Barter desktop/mobile QA requirements covering Home, About, Listings, How It Works, and Contact.
  • Prepared a client request for SPD Auto Repair service pricing, labour rates, business hours, and appointment availability.
  • Configured the SPD Auto Repair booking structure around six core service categories.
  • Published 10 All About Durham articles across the primary and follow-up publishing runs.
  • Reviewed candidate Durham stories and excluded duplicates, outdated items, and previously covered stories.
  • Published 4 Aruba News articles, with duplicate and content-quality checks completed.
  • Published 3 new British Columbia obituaries on Canadian Obituaries.
  • Processed Ontario obituary records, resulting in 4 new publications and 11 updates, while 16 duplicates were skipped.
  • Completed SEO, metadata, featured-image, source, taxonomy, and responsive QA checks for published content.
  • Published the September 9 Daily Work Summary Report on All About Web Services.

NANCY – SPD Auto Repair SEO, Schema & Technical Corrections

Task Description: SEO corrections, structured data, business-information accuracy, technical troubleshooting, and staff support.

Action Taken / Outcome:

  • Continued ZipWP website creation work and updated the internal tracking information.
  • Corrected the SPD Auto Repair About page establishment year from 2013 to 2011.
  • Clarified that the business was established in 2011 while the mechanic has 40+ years of licensed automotive experience.
  • Conducted a site-wide review across 19 public routes, metadata, schema, WordPress content, and custom code to identify outdated establishment-year references.
  • Corrected homepage and About page content, SEO descriptions, social metadata, schema descriptions, and foundingDate.
  • Removed remaining incorrect 2013/2013-04 references from relevant live content and structured data.
  • Cleared caches and verified the final changes across desktop and mobile.
  • An initial OpenClaw implementation caused website functionality/layout problems; the changes were reverted, the website restored, and the corrections were then safely reapplied.
  • Discussed the LatePoint booking setup with Alex.
  • Provided Kat with a detailed Schema Pro walkthrough covering website information, breadcrumbs, social profiles, contact information, global schema, location schema, and plugin settings.

MIKE – More For Less Travel & Market My Company

Task Description: Website development, QA, responsive fixes, forms, performance, and content updates.

Action Taken / Outcome:

More For Less Travel

  • Investigated and resolved an image-upload problem affecting the development build.
  • Installed LiteSpeed Cache and cleared the website cache.
  • Created and organized the main navigation.
  • Completed the updated homepage design using the new travel-focused visual direction.
  • Improved spacing, typography, headings, CTA areas, visual elements, and animations.
  • Reviewed the Home, Contact, Useful Links, Free Travel Tools, Cruise Specials, and Latest Specials pages.
  • Fixed layout, spacing, alignment, content-display, and responsive issues.
  • Tested desktop, tablet, and mobile layouts.
  • Completed detailed development-versus-live QA and documented remaining observations for review.
  • Encountered a server-related issue during editing and removed affected edit details as required.

Market My Company

  • Reviewed the previously documented website issues and implemented the required updates.
  • Added reCAPTCHA to the testimonial submission form.
  • Added a Google Map section to the Contact page.
  • Added a new Advertising section to the homepage.
  • Updated form notification settings and added the client email address.
  • Retested layouts, functionality, and mobile responsiveness.
  • Confirmed that SMTP is not currently connected, so SMTP-based delivery still requires configuration/verification.

MARIA – Canadian Obituaries Publishing & BPM Barter QA

  • Reviewed approved funeral-home sources for new obituary notices.
  • Performed duplicate checks and metadata extraction.
  • Used AI assistance to prepare SEO-friendly meta descriptions.
  • Processed obituary notices from Armstrong Funeral Home, Dignity Memorial, Aftercare Cremation & Burial Service, R.H.B. Anderson Funeral Homes, Smith Funeral Home, MacCoubrey Funeral Home, and Tranquility Cremation.
  • Verified source information and prepared/published eligible records according to the Canadian Obituaries workflow.

BPM Barter QA

  • Conducted detailed QA across Home, About, Listings, How It Works, and Contact.
  • Compared the implementation against the client-provided reference designs.
  • Identified incorrect placeholder icons, missing images, missing graphics, CTA wording differences, and mobile overflow issues.
  • Identified missing category/feature icons and reference-design inconsistencies on the Contact page.
  • Verified the How It Works process layout and button behavior.
  • Documented the remaining issues for correction before final client approval.

  • Fixed a text-display issue after coordinating with Nancy.
  • Updated the website banner with client-requested information.
  • Verified the updated website and booking interface.
  • Service pricing and duration configuration remain pending client information.

  • Completed development-versus-live website validation.
  • Tested navigation, links, buttons, CTAs, forms, images, branding, content, and responsive layouts.
  • Identified outstanding responsive and website issues and moved them into a separate fixing workflow.

Pot Sheds

  • Reviewed the development and live website structure.
  • Added reCAPTCHA to the Contact form.
  • Made required Contact form fields mandatory.
  • Configured and tested email notifications.
  • Updated footer links and copyright information.
  • Added featured images to new blog posts.
  • Updated single-post hero settings and typography.

KAT – Kitchen Place AI Search Visibility & SEO

Action Taken / Outcome:

  • Continued comprehensive AI search visibility testing for Kitchen Place.
  • Tested commercial, informational, local, and conversational queries through ChatGPT.
  • Reviewed whether KitchenPlace.ca appeared as a recommendation, source, citation, link, or referenced page.
  • Completed additional Google Gemini AI visibility testing.
  • Compared Kitchen Place visibility against competitors.
  • Captured supporting screenshots and organized the results for reporting.
  • Reviewed H1/H2/H3 heading structures.
  • Reviewed internal linking between key service, renovation, gallery, FAQ, testimonial, and contact pages.
  • Reviewed title tags, meta descriptions, schema markup, PageSpeed, local/entity signals, and E-E-A-T factors.
  • Identified opportunities to expand conversational and question-based content.
  • Identified improvements for FAQs covering renovation costs, timelines, cabinets, design, preparation, and customer expectations.
  • Recommended deeper content for Kitchen Renovation, Kitchen Cabinets, and Kitchen Design service pages.
  • Identified opportunities for stronger project case studies and gallery descriptions.
  • Reviewed competitor visibility and authority signals.
  • Continued compiling the SEO-05 AI Search Visibility Testing Report with prioritized recommendations and a future implementation plan.

Overall Status

September 10 focused heavily on website QA, technical fixes, AI-assisted SEO, content publishing, obituary processing, appointment booking, responsive development, and client communication.

Major publishing work across All About Durham, Aruba News, and Canadian Obituaries was completed and verified. SPD Auto Repair received significant booking, schema, SEO, and business-information improvements. Kitchen Place’s AI visibility analysis progressed substantially, while More For Less Travel, Market My Company, BPM Barter, and Pot Sheds continued through development and QA stages.

Several remaining items depend on client information or final approval, particularly SPD Auto Repair service pricing, BFO’s revised 2026 email test, BPM Barter final visual corrections, and outstanding development-site refinements.
