The AAWS team’s work on September 11, 2026 focused on website QA, technical fixes, SEO and AI search visibility, obituary publishing, booking-system configuration, website development, client communications, development-site improvements, and content review. Key work was completed across SPD Auto Repair, Kitchen Place, Canadian Obituaries, BPM Barter, Website Makeover, Balsam Trent Cottages, Pot Sheds, Ceilidh Cottages, and other active client projects.
ELON – Client Communication, QA Planning & Publishing Coordination

Task Description:
Worked on client communication, QA planning, content publishing coordination, booking-system follow-up, and internal task documentation.
Action Taken / Outcome:
- Followed up with SPD Auto Repair after receiving service pricing, labour rates, and business hours.
- Prepared booking-system confirmation communication.
- SPD booking configuration remains dependent on approved WordPress access.
- Prepared the BPM Barter final-review communication and confirmed the new website pages had been reviewed.
- Noted that hosting details and the 1-800 number are still pending from the client.
- Reviewed a suspicious Google Calendar invitation reported by The Eye Shoppe.
- Confirmed the invitation was phishing and prepared client guidance to ignore, delete, and report it as spam.
- Prepared a new Support Facility QA comparison task.
- Prepared the BPM Barter staging-versus-reference QA task.
- Prepared development-site improvement tasks for Balsam Trent Cottages and Cobourg Beach.
- Prepared a Canadian Obituaries newsletter-signup testing task covering signup, email confirmation, spam-folder delivery, links, and desktop/mobile behavior.
- Installed required premium website tools for Balsam Trent Cottages and completed health verification; license activation remains pending.
- Confirmed the Pot Sheds SureForms Business upgrade is active; license activation remains pending authenticated access.
- Reconciled the Aruba News publishing run with 23 new articles published, 2 existing articles updated, and duplicate topics excluded.
- Confirmed all Aruba News records passed desktop and mobile QA.
- Published 3 All About Durham local-news articles with featured images and SEO checks.
- Created and verified 3 British Columbia obituary drafts without publishing them publicly.
- Verified 50 newly published obituary links from approved sources for Canadian Obituaries.
- Saved daily records covering publishing, QA, SureForms, and Balsam Trent tasks.
NANCY – Ceilidh Cottages, SPD Auto Repair & Support

Worked on website creation, development-site corrections, booking configuration, SEO-report review, and technical support.
Action Taken / Outcome:
- Continued the ZipWP website-creation task until Cloudflare service issues interrupted progress.
- Corrected menu labels on the Ceilidh Cottages development site.
- Fixed the mobile header height to better match the live website.
- Removed duplicated mobile site-title/tagline output.
- Corrected the homepage hero and restored the intended opening slide.
- Restored centered hero messaging and standardized slide heights.
- Reduced excessive spacing between the hero and booking form.
- Restored the Pool Notice to the development homepage.
- Restored the seasonal promotional image beside the introduction section.
- Retained the campground image while improving overall visual consistency.
- Added descriptive image ALT text and verified responsive layouts.
- Reviewed Kat’s SEO report and confirmed the report was generally strong.
- Recommended improvements including current rankings, AnswerThePublic data, keyword-gap analysis, stronger keyword prioritization, keyword-to-URL mapping, a content calendar, rejected keywords, evidence, and a clear implementation plan.
- Continued work on SPD Auto Repair LatePoint booking.
- Added extra labour services.
- Applied the booking rules across all 9 repair services.
- Configured the system so customers must select one labour category but cannot select both.
- Verified the booking rules through live testing.
- Noted that Cars and Trucks & SUVs remain visible as standalone services because their removal was not requested.
MIKE – Website Makeover, Balsam Trent Cottages & QA
Task Description:
Worked on development-site improvements, form configuration, QA, responsive fixes, image enhancement, and client-review preparation.
Website Makeover
- Used the live WebsiteMakeover site as the business/content reference.
- Created an improved UI for the development version.
- Reorganized the content into a cleaner single-page structure.
- Improved visual hierarchy, spacing, CTA placement, typography, header/footer presentation, forms, and contact areas.
- Regenerated the WebsiteMakeover logo at improved quality.
- Added the new logo and favicon.
- Generated and added new images.
- Added light professional animations.
- Checked desktop, tablet, and mobile responsiveness.
- Fixed image scaling, text wrapping, section spacing, button sizing, and mobile-layout issues.
- Created a new SureForms form for website/contest submissions.
- Added reCAPTCHA protection.
- Tested form validation, required fields, navigation, links, CTAs, phone links, and email actions.
- Completed final QA and prepared the development version for client review.
Website QA / Issue Fixes
- Reviewed the complete issue list supplied for the website.
- Fixed identified layout, content, form, and functional issues.
- Investigated a server-related issue encountered during the work.
- Tested all website forms.
- Added the client email to relevant notification settings.
- Confirmed SMTP is not connected, so final email-delivery reliability still requires SMTP configuration.
- Rechecked fixes after implementation.
Balsam Trent Cottages
- Created and completed the Contact page on the development site.
- Added animations and improved responsive behavior.
- Reviewed spacing, layout, text alignment, buttons, and image scaling.
- Confirmed changes were applied only to development.
- Reviewed the live Gallery page.
- Downloaded live gallery images.
- Enhanced selected lower-quality images.
- Prepared the images for use on the development site.

- Attempted to use OpenClaw, but the supplied credentials were not accepted.
- Completed the updates manually.
