Mike: Site Migration & User Experience
- Project: BFO Durham
- Audit: Documented critical differences between the Live and Dev sites to ensure feature parity.
- Page Creation: Built the Programs & Services and Contact Us pages from scratch.
- Integrations:
- Linked the CanadaHelps Donation Box.
- Embedded the “30th Angels’ Tree Ceremony” YouTube video on the homepage.
- Technical Fixes: Resolved margin/padding issues in the homepage header and updated the “Wish List” image to open in a new tab.

- Cleaned the site environment and researched single-post space triggers via SureDash Docs.

- SEO Repair: Fixed a critical issue where the file was blocking search engine crawlers.
- Content Tuning: Optimized the Massage Therapy page and a Winter Wellness Blog for better keyword density.
- Broken Links: Ran a site-wide sweep to identify and clear all 404 errors.

- Performance Gain: Increased the Ubersuggest on-page SEO score from 77 to 80.
- Indexing: Identified and removed “noindex” tags that were accidentally preventing key service pages from appearing in Google.

- Fixed over-length meta titles/descriptions to prevent truncation in Search Engine Results Pages (SERPs).
