It has been a productive couple of days at All About Web Services. Our team has been hard at work across various verticals, from deploying AI agents for data scraping to fine-tuning SEO strategies and managing large-scale content updates for our clients. Here is a breakdown of what our team accomplished on December 9th


ALEX: Client Publishing & Visual Identity

Alex focused on organizing client data and utilizing AI for visual enhancements.

  • Data Management: Published all clients to the master Google Sheets database.
  • Visual Design: Used Gemini to enhance image quality and convert blurry logos into high-resolution assets. He also utilized Canva for logo design and wrote descriptions for all client listings.
  • Site Maintenance: Updated the footer and contact forms on the Casageard website.

ZARA: News Aggregation & Content Management

Zara handled a high volume of content updates across news and obituary platforms, while also focusing on skill building.

  • Obituaries: Audited and posted new notices for Durham (6), Ontario (9), and British Columbia (10).
  • Aruba News: Scoured multiple sources (including Diario and Aruba Today) to curate and publish 10 new news items.
  • Site Updates: Edited the “About” content for Durham Heating and Air and created three new blog posts with AI-generated imagery.
  • Skill Building: Studied YouTube tutorials on adding animations to web content.

MIKE: Web Development & Holiday Updates

Mike had a heavy development cycle focusing on site builds and festive conversions.

  • Legacy Studio: Completed the Legacy Picture Show, Workbook, and Video pages. He also implemented animations and ensured mobile responsiveness across all core pages.
  • Sandy’s Flowers: Converted the homepage for the holidays, added a “Christmas Designs” category, rearranged the navigation bar, and added 16 new products.
  • Banner Ads: Designed and implemented promotional banners for Durham Gutters, Durham Assignment Sales, Durham Financial Services, and Durham Farms.

LEO: Data Consistency

Leo focused on maintaining up-to-date records for funeral services.

  • Obituaries: Monitored Necro Canada for recent updates and successfully posted 43 new entries to Canadian Obituaries.

NANCY: SEO Strategy & Project Coordination

Nancy led the charge on SEO optimization and quality assurance.

  • Surerank Optimization: Created comprehensive documentation and set up meta templates. She added meta titles, descriptions, and social SEO images for all pages (Home, About, Contact, Gallery, etc.).
  • Brand Identity: Created and customized a new site logo using Sora, removing backgrounds and configuring the site header.
  • Management: Reviewed Mike’s implementation on Sandy’s Flowers and held meetings regarding WooCommerce processes and general project progress.

KEVIN: Technical Support & Media Editing

Kevin handled diverse technical tasks ranging from audio engineering to newsletter management.

  • Ray of Light: Compressed audio files using Audacity to normalize bit rates and created a new “Monthly Meditation” page.
  • Help Me Buy A Vehicle: Updated the secure online credit application form per client specifications.
  • Sandy’s Flowers: Drafted and tested a new broadcast newsletter via Kit.com.
  • Data & Design: Collected data for Canadian Obituaries and initiated a new logo generation task using Gemini AI.

ADAM: AI Tool Development

Adam continued to refine our automated internal tools.

  • AI Obituaries Informer: Completed the first test run of the AI agent and identified underlying issues.
  • Script Optimization: Redesigned the scraper agent to improve maintainability by implementing separate scripts for each page.
  • Deliverables: Submitted the first AI-generated email for internal review.
