  • Navigation: Added a side menu to every page and removed some unused pages from the menu.
  • Styling: Changed post section button names and colors; checked button colors and styles across the full website.
  • Content: Edited content issues, including “Service Matters” font size and Promotions page content (added video).
  • Footer: Added a Newsletter section to the footer.

ADAM

• Research: Searched and learned about AI website builder architecture and implementation.
• AI Agents: Watched a video explaining the new Eleven Labs feature for WhatsApp integration: ElevenLabs’ NEW WhatsApp Feature DESTROYS $4,000/Mo Customer Support 🤯 (AI Phone Agents).
• Implementation: Created an “Allaboutwebservices Whatsapp agent” in ElevenLabs capable of answering questions regarding the company and collecting customer details.

• Aruba News: Completed on-page SEO improvements for arubanews achieving a 100% on-page SEO score.
• All About Web Services: Worked on SEO improvements for allaboutwebservices.com.
  • Indexing: Reviewed indexing settings and applied noindex rules for forms, media, plugin-generated pages, and dynamic URLs.
  • Optimization: Fixed multiple on-page SEO issues using SureRank and Ubersuggest (duplicate title tags, keyword placement, meta descriptions, internal links, image alt text).
  • Technical: Resolved issues related to long URLs and unwanted indexing.
• WordPress 911: Worked on SEO improvements for wordpress911 configuring SureRank and optimizing No Index settings for low-value content.
• Progress Meeting: Had a meeting with Ben.

• Obituary Management: Checked the sites for new posts.

  • Reviewed Henry’s posted obituaries and provided feedback on mistakes.

• News Aggregation: Checked various sources (Durham Immigration, Oshawa Express, The Cosmos, etc.) and published 06 news items.
• Blog: Created the blog post for the Daily Task Summary of all staff.
• Meetings: Met with Henry to explain Durham News and Obituaries (Ontario, Durham, British Columbia).

EMMA
