- Agent Architecture: Engineered a mesh network between all sub-agents to facilitate seamless cross-module transactions.
- Logic Formulation: Completed LLM transfer node conditions for outgoing nodes within the Welcoming and Criminal Court agents.
- Refinement: Updated the AI Obituaries Informer for Low and Low Funeral Home based on team feedback.
NANCY — Technical SEO & GSC Troubleshooting
- Physiotherapy Site Indexing: Intensive investigation into Google performance issues at oshawaphysiotherapy.com. Modified
robots.txt, cleaned sitemaps, and manually requested re-indexing after standard pings failed. Reference: Sitemap Validation. - Heatwave Site: Identified and resolved a critical form submission error. Verified functionality and confirmed with the client. Reference: Form Fix Guide.
- Team Lead: Conducted technical reviews with Kat and Milan to align on GSC error resolution strategies.
KAT — SEO Optimization & Content Strategy
- Oshawa Physiotherapy SEO: Conducted high-level on-page optimization, focusing on local keyword alignment for search titles and meta descriptions.
- UX/SEO Hybrid Fix: Identified that Ubersuggest flagged the blog archive for low word count; drafted a new SEO introduction to improve the page’s relevance and indexing potential.
- Content Pipeline: Created several SEO-optimized blog drafts (focusing on headers, image ALT text, and slugs) currently awaiting final approval.
ALAN — Web Optimization & Lead Generation
- Durham Real Estate Companies: Executed a full site audit for durhamrealestatecompanies.com. Added animations, Recaptcha v2, updated footer CTAs, and optimized content using AI tools (ChatGPT/Sora/Perplexity).
- Drone Pilots CA: Developed a sophisticated, dropdown-based Video Client Onboarding Form with nine unique sections at dronepilots.ca.
- Site Maintenance: Updated the Durham School Board site and managed updates for 57 listings on durhampowerofsale.com.
KEVIN — Branding & UI/UX Design
- Aruba Portfolio: Completed the logo suite for the Aruba advertisers’ portfolio and integrated them into Aruba Ads.
- Heart & Home Support: Performed a comprehensive site update at heartandhomesupport.aawsai.com, incorporating PDF-sourced content, AI-generated logos (Gemini), and mobile responsiveness fixes.
- Client Onboarding: Resolved mobile-view CSS issues for the AAWS Onboarding Form.
MIKE — QA Testing & Data Management
- Form Integrity: Conducted rigorous testing on thekitchenplace.ca. Verified successful delivery for Intern Onboarding, Application, and Quotation forms.
- Privacy Compliance: Added mandatory data consent checkboxes to the Testimonials form.

- Registry Updates: Processed 31 new obituaries (19 Ontario, 5 Durham, 7 British Columbia) for canadianobituaries.com.
- Research: Audited 7+ sources including NecroCanada, Echovita, and Legacy to ensure no legacy records were missed in the daily update.
