Daily Work Summary: December 17, 2025

Our mid-week operations focused on solving complex technical debt. From resolving “Out of Memory” issues in our AI RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems to clearing critical Google Search Console errors for our medical clients, the team has significantly improved the technical health and visibility of our core projects.


ADAM — AI Voice Agent Optimization

  • Durham Court House AI: Finalized the Provincial Court sub-agent and initiated development for the Family Court module.
  • Infrastructure Tuning: Identified and removed redundant knowledge base documents to solve “Out of Memory” issues within the RAG system, ensuring faster and more reliable AI responses.

NANCY — SEO Strategy & Technical Oversight

  • Physiotherapy Site: Investigated Google indexing failures at oshawaphysiotherapy.com. Collaborated with Kat to resolve XML sitemap errors and SureRank settings.
  • Chiropractor Site: Verified indexing status in Google Search Console and updated metadata to improve search rankings. Finalized the GMB setup pending client confirmation.
  • Team Leadership: Met with Kat for technical troubleshooting and Milan for project prioritization.

KAT — Technical SEO & Content Creation

  • Oshawa Physiotherapy: Executed the technical fixes discussed with Nancy. This included regenerating/resubmitting the XML sitemap and enabling Automatic Indexing.
  • Console Cleanup: Removed low-value URLs from the index to improve crawl budget and resolved persistent fetch errors.
  • Content Marketing: Developed three new SEO-optimized blog posts (draft status) with full keyword targeting and internal linking.

KEVIN — Branding, Audio Engineering & UI Fixes

  • Aruba Site Logos: Completed the logo creation task. Re-generated, downloaded, and published all logos across the Aruba network. Track progress here: Logo Spreadsheet.
  • Ray of Light: Successfully compressed and converted bitrates for monthly meditation audios. Updated the Monthly Meditation Page.
  • Help Me Buy A Vehicle: Resolved a Z-Index layering issue on the homepage slider at helpmebuyavehicle.com.
  • Onboarding Forms: Commenced mobile responsiveness fixes for the AAWS Client Onboarding Form.

ALEX — Web Design & Page Architecture

MIKE — Real Estate Listings & Directory Management

ZARA — News Distribution & Web Edits

  • Global News: Published 11 Aruba news items and 20 J-News items across our news portals.
  • Durham Heating & Air: Refined the Service Page and built a new custom Quote Page.
  • Internal Reporting: Published the Dec 16 staff summary blog at AAWS Blog.

LEO — Obituary Records & Data Integrity

  • Canadian Obituaries: Posted 25 new obituaries (10 Ontario, 7 Durham, 8 BC) to canadianobituaries.com.
  • Quality Control: Conducted a deep search across 6+ funeral home sources (NecroCanada, Echovita, Legacy, etc.) to ensure no legacy posts were missed.

BEN — Full-Stack Learning & Plugin Integration

  • Tool Mastery: Practiced the integration of the “Sure” suite of plugins (SureForms, SureMail, SureCart, SureRank) and 3CX Live Chat.
  • Project Management: Reviewed AceProject time management and user onboarding tutorials.
