ADAM: AI Voice Agent Development
Adam’s focus was on expanding our AI capabilities into voice technology.
- AI Voice Agent: Officially began building the AI Voice Agent for the Durham Court House using Eleven Labs.
- Refinement: Refined the system prompt for the agent and added three initial documents to the agent’s knowledge base.
KEVIN: Ad Deployment & Asset Finalization
Kevin executed a large-scale advertising campaign and finalized previous design tasks.
- Logo Finalization: Finalized all logos generated using Gemini, resized them with Canva, and updated the tracking spreadsheet.
- Ad Campaign: Created new banner and sidebar ads for an event, deploying them across arubanews.ca. After receiving access from Mike, he installed and set up the Ad Sanity plugin on multiple Aruba-related sites (https://www.google.com/search?q=arubafoodtrucks.com, https://www.google.com/search?q=owninaruba.com, etc.) and published ads across those platforms, including a dedicated ad section in the Sandy’s Flowers homepage hero.
KAT: Advanced SEO Implementation & Learning
Kat collaborated closely with Nancy on client SEO and configured new tools.
- SEO Mastery: Studied documentation and videos on SEOPress to learn meta tag management, social sharing, and on-page SEO best practices.
- Client Optimization: Collaborated on Oshawa Physiotherapy to optimize page titles, meta descriptions, headings, image ALT text, and improve content for local search. She also fixed Blog page issues and updated the team member list.
- Surerank: Configured the Home Page General settings, Meta Templates, and Advanced options in Surerank.
NANCY: Team Guidance & Technical Site Fixes
Nancy provided critical training and fixed complex site issues on multiple client platforms.
- Training & Guidance: Trained Kat on using Surerank, ChatGPT for SEO, and Ubersuggest, and guided the SEO updates for Oshawa Physiotherapy.
- Technical QA: Fixed a 404 link overriding issue and resolved the “No images or videos found” error on several Oshawa Physiotherapy pages.
- Site Maintenance: Fixed footer widget display issues and corrected navigation bar alignment on The Baker’s Table using additional CSS.
- Coordination: Met with Milan to review and prioritize tasks.
MIKE: Site Testing & Infrastructure Support
Mike focused on broad site quality assurance and supporting the ad deployment campaign.
- Training & Access: Trained Riyan on creating optimized ads using Canva and provided Kevin with access to eight Aruba-related websites for ad deployment.
- Design: Designed promotional banner ads for three new Aruba-focused client sites.
- Development: Added animations and ensured mobile responsiveness for the Legacy Picture Show, Legacy Workbook, and Legacy Video pages.
- QA: Completed a full General Site Test across all properties, checking page loads, links, and responsiveness (documented in a Google Doc). Also audited and reported issues for the main All About Web Services site.
- Client Updates: Checked new emails and updated product names/prices for Sandy’s Flowers, adding a new Christmas special post to the homepage.
ALEX: UX/Content Refinement & QA
Alex refined core pages for two important client sites, focusing on usability and appearance.
- Durham Parents: Removed old images, added AI-generated images to the Blog and Contact pages. Added animations to all pages, tested the Contact form, and fixed responsive issues.
- Durham Condominium: Rewrote and improved core content (titles, subtitles, descriptions, CTAs) on the Home and About pages for better engagement.
ZARA: Content Creation & Animation Implementation
Zara continued her content duties while using AI tools to enhance client sites.
- Content Posting: Posted 20 obituaries (10 Durham, 10 BC) and published 11 Aruba news items.
- Durham Heating & Air: Created content for the About page using ChatGPT, generated images using Gemini AI, and added animations to the site.
- Collaboration: Met with Leo to provide training on adding new funeral homes to the list and discussed publish date issues with Adam.
LEO: Obituary Data Entry
Leo ensured the obituary archives were current and received key process training.
- Data Entry: Posted 34 obituaries to Canadian Obituaries.
- Collaboration: Met with Zara to learn the process for adding new funeral homes to the list.
BEN: Process Analysis & Tool Learning
Ben continued his managerial training by auditing existing processes and learning key tools.
- Process Analysis: Analyzed all 51 tasks in ACE Project to ensure accurate reporting and created a detailed report identifying missing updates.
- Learning: Studied videos on AceProject (introduction, time management, API) and continued his learning on the Spectra plugin and Astra theme.
