ADAM: AI Voice Agent Development & System Refinement
Adam moved deeper into the AI space, focusing on building our first dedicated voice agent.
- AI Voice Agent: Began working on the AI Voice Agent for Durham Court House using the Eleven Labs platform, including studying the prompting guide to design robust system prompts.
- Informer Enhancements: Generated the second automated mail from the AI Obituaries Informer. Implemented a new feature to group obituaries from Dignity Memorial based on region, improving data organization.
- Collaboration: Met with Zara to discuss and review the latest outcomes of the AI Obituaries Informer.
MIKE: Comprehensive Development & Bug Resolution
Mike executed a massive development and QA sprint, focusing heavily on animations and cross-site consistency.
- Legacy Studio: Added animations and checked mobile responsiveness for all core pages: Legacy Picture Show, Legacy Workbook, and Legacy Video.
- Durham Plants Launch: Completed a comprehensive setup for Durham Plants, including content updates, image additions, animation, and mobile responsiveness checks for the Home, About, Services, and Contact pages, as well as creating 3 new blog posts.
- Directory Management: Checked 150 listings on the Durham Construction Association site and updated six specific business listings.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Successfully fixed a persistent issue where titles appeared bold in the backend editor but did not render on the live website by utilizing external resources like Stack Overflow.
- Client Updates: Checked new emails and updated item prices and descriptions for Sandy’s Flowers and Gifts.
ZARA: Content Management & Animation Implementation
Zara continued her content aggregation duties while adding animations to a key client site.
- Obituaries: Posted 6 (Durham), 5 (Ontario), and 10 (British Columbia) obituaries.
- Aruba News: Published 12 new news items after checking multiple site sources and email alerts.
- Site Updates: Edited the footer menu and contact page for Durham Heating and Air, and implemented animations on the home and contact pages.
- Data Collaboration: Checked obituary publish dates and collaborated with Adam on reviewing the AI Obituaries Informer, providing feedback on sites not present in the email list.
LEO: Data Maintenance
Leo focused on the reliable execution of obituary updates.
- Obituaries: Monitored necrocanada.com for new posts and successfully posted 43 obituaries to the Canadian Obituaries website.
KAT: SEO & Plugin Onboarding
Kat focused on learning our core SEO and development tools to streamline her future contributions.
- Setup: Resolved an issue with the company’s Gmail account by setting up a new one for stable SMTP configuration.
