It was a dynamic day for the All About Web Services team. We welcomed a new team member, expanded our AI capabilities into voice agents, and launched extensive holiday banner campaigns across our local networks. Here is a detailed look at the team’s contributions.
NANCY: Project Management & SEO Strategy
Nancy balanced team leadership with high-level SEO execution.
- Onboarding & Leadership: Conducted an orientation meeting with Kat to review company protocols, AceProject workflows, and reporting standards.
- Surerank Optimization: Focused heavily on documentation and education. She reviewed Surerank tutorials, created a comprehensive guide with screenshots, and completed the Surerank setup for Open Space Brush Control.
- Client Management: Managed updates for Sandy’s Flowers (creating a Christmas product blog) and The Baker’s Table (QA on the migrated site and payment gateways).
ADAM: AI Development & System Optimization
Adam continued to push our automation tools forward, moving from text to voice.
- AI Voice Agent: Began development on a new AI voice agent specifically for the Durham Court House.
- Tool Refinement: Fixed scraping issues on Necro Canada and finalized the “AI Obituaries Informer,” reviewing the first batch of automated emails.
- Coordination: Met with management to align on current progress and future AI implementations.
KAT: Onboarding & Tool Configuration

- Tool Mastery: Spent the day studying documentation and video tutorials for Spectra (blocks and plugins) and the Astra Theme to understand customization potentials.
- System Setup: Successfully configured Titan Mail, Gmail SMTP, and the AceProject project management tool following meetings with Elon and Nancy.
MIKE: Graphic Design & Client Updates
Mike managed a massive design rollout across our local network sites.
- Banner Campaign: Designed and implemented new promotional banner ads (including long-form banners) for the entire Durham network, including Durham Cancer Centre, Durham Eavestroughs, Durham Heating and Air, Durham Real Estate, and over a dozen other local platforms.
- Sandy’s Flowers: Collaborated with Nancy to clarify product naming conventions with the client and implemented site modifications.
KEVIN: Quality Assurance & Asset Generation
Kevin focused on functionality testing and leveraging AI for design assets.
- Site QA: Performed a full site check on Help Me Buy A Vehicle, identifying a functionality issue with the homepage slider button.
- AI Design: Generated 25 unique logos using Gemini, organized the files locally, and updated the design tracking spreadsheet.
ZARA: Content Aggregation & Data Verification
Zara ensured our news and obituary data remained accurate and up-to-date.
- News & Obituaries: Published 12 news articles regarding Aruba and posted 24 new obituaries across Durham, Ontario, and BC.
- Data Integrity: Audited the publish dates of 25 obituaries and cross-referenced source sites with our email database, reporting discrepancies to the development team to assist with the AI Informer tuning.
LEO: Content Maintenance
Leo maintained high-volume data entry for our funeral service portals.
- Obituaries: Monitored Necro Canada for the latest updates and successfully posted 28 new entries to the Canadian Obituaries platform.
ALEX: Visual Assurance & Functional Testing
Alex dedicated the day to refining the visual presentation of our client list and ensuring robust functionality for financial tools.
- Visual Overhaul: Conducted a comprehensive audit of the All About Web Services Clients page. This involved identifying and removing low-resolution logos and replacing them with high-quality assets to ensure a professional display.
- Quality Control: Performed a final check across all client listings to verify accuracy and ensure no data entry errors remained.
- Functional Development: Finalized the requirements for the secure credit application on Help Me Buy A Vehicle.
- System Testing: Conducted thorough testing of the credit application form to guarantee secure and error-free submissions for end-users.
