HEATWAVE – 2027 Registration Form Improvements
Website: https://heatwaveevents.com/form/2027-online-registration-form/
Work Type: AI-Assisted Development + OpenClaw + Manual QA
Nancy continued refining the seven-step registration workflow.
Sponsorship-included uniform allowances were implemented and verified:
Sponsorship Included teams
Team Sponsor 1
Bronze Sponsor 2
Silver Sponsor 4
Gold Sponsor 6
Title Sponsor 7
Included sponsorship uniforms were identified as having no additional charge, while additional team entries and optional paid apparel remained separate.
Six shirt/print color combinations were added, sample images were enlarged, side-view images were removed, and “Manual” payment references were removed from the active form and related components.
Payment & Pricing Verification
Available payment methods were checked, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Interac e-Transfer.
A Bronze Sponsor scenario involving three teams was verified with a reported total of $6,424.05 including HST.
Server-side calculations, included-team allowances, and additional-team pricing were reviewed.
Save & Continue and Responsive QA
The Save & Continue workflow was tested for restoring saved values and returning to the Review step.
Backward/forward navigation and retention of company, contact, event, team, and captain information were checked.
Desktop and mobile-emulation testing was completed across all seven steps.
The report identified two follow-up items: an Apparel “No” selection-retention issue and a mobile document-width signal. No visible form clipping was observed, but physical-device testing remains recommended.
No actual registration was submitted or email sent during the documented QA checks.
Status: Core Changes Completed; Follow-Up QA Required
AAWS – Five Website Forms Tested

Lenders Consulting – Dashboard & Upload Fixes
    Development: https://lender.allaboutwebservices.com/
The Discount Partner document-upload failure was investigated.
The cause was identified as an authentication-context mismatch between SureForms API submission and the existing WordPress login check.
A dedicated LDC Upload Auth Fix plugin was implemented instead of modifying SureForms core files.
Testing with the End Test Inc. account confirmed a successful PDF upload, with the file visible under Recent Files.
The unintended raw [discount_partner_account_summary] shortcode was also removed from the dashboard.

  • Three overly long title tags.
  • One poorly formatted URL.
The report distinguished completed changes from future audit confirmation and did not claim unverified ranking or traffic improvements.
No new Ubersuggest project was added because the available project slots were occupied.
Canadian Obituaries – Duplicate Metadata Fixes
    Website: https://canadianobituaries.com/
Work Type: AI + Manual SEO Optimization
The Ubersuggest audit identified 1,208 pages with multiple meta-description tags.
The investigation identified conflicting meta-description output from SureRank and GeoDirectory.
Corrections were completed for 100 directory listing pages, each receiving an individual, page-relevant SureRank description.
Manual page-by-page verification was reported for the corrected records.
The underlying plugin conflict remains unresolved globally, meaning newly created directory listings may still require individual metadata configuration or a permanent system-level fix.
