Every image was produced in 1200 × 675 WebP format with the exact article headline and AllAboutDurham.com branding.

Neutral, factual visual treatments were used for sensitive police, fraud, collision, and missing-person stories.

The 16 additional live articles passed featured-image, og:image, WebP-format, and dimension checks.

KAT – Technical SEO & Durham Used Vehicles

All About Durham – SEO Optimization

Website: https://allaboutdurham.com/

Work Type: AI + Manual SEO Work

Continued the Ubersuggest SEO issue-fixing process.

The latest audit identified five affected URLs involving three long title tags, one poorly formatted URL, and one 4XX status-code issue.

The affected pages were reviewed individually, corrections were applied, and manual verification was completed. Further Ubersuggest crawl confirmation remains pending.

The audit also reported no current issues with low-word-count pages, SSL certificates, or sitemap accessibility.

Durham Used Vehicles – Directory Website Development

Website: https://durhamusedvehicles.com/

Continued developing a responsive used-vehicle directory using AI-assisted website creation and WordPress/GeoDirectory planning.

The development structure includes vehicle search, makes and models, categories, Durham Region locations, dealer profiles, individual vehicle pages, listing submission, advertising placements, and enquiry forms.

The planned integration includes SureForms, SureMail, SureContact, and SureRank.

The website remains under development, with further directory configuration, functional testing, SEO setup, and final QA required.

Allen Mayer – SEO Optimization

Reviewed and optimized duplicate metadata and overly long SEO titles identified through Ubersuggest.

The report documents work on six duplicate meta descriptions, six duplicate title tags, and long-title issues across affected pages.

The development environment included a dedicated database, HTTPS, DNS configuration, and development safeguards.

Verification covered WordPress installation, database integrity, routing, REST API, responsive design, and visual comparison with the original prototype.

Search indexing and outbound WordPress email were disabled during development.

The Contact form remains a mailto: preview implementation rather than a fully configured server-side notification form.

Missing historical uptime, backup, restore-test, and PageSpeed evidence was disclosed rather than reconstructed.

After explicit approval, all 58 report packages were sent through the authenticated AAWS reporting email account.

Provider acceptance and sent-inventory matches were confirmed for all 58 packages; individual inbox placement was not independently confirmed.

Status: Completed and Sent

HEATWAVE for SickKids® – 2027 Registration Form

Form: https://heatwaveevents.com/form/2027-online-registration-form/

Implemented same-event/different-event selection logic, clearer Team Details, apparel color validation, and improved distinction between included sponsorship apparel and paid apparel.

Existing shipping, HST, and total calculations were preserved.

Phase 3 – Review, Payment & Confirmation

Redesigned the review page with itemized pricing and five direct Edit links.

Added clearer amount-due and e-Transfer instructions, updated receipt wording, and reorganized the confirmation page and email so payment status and next steps appear first.

Desktop and 390px mobile verification passed, with no horizontal overflow reported.
