Read-Only Site Assessment
A read-only assessment of Thomas Efraim LLP was completed without making website changes or sending client emails.
Website operation, contact page, sitemap, robots file, REST API, WordPress configuration, and several security indicators were reviewed.
No confirmed backdoor or malware was found, although several heuristic signals were identified for further review.
Reporting Workflow Design
The monthly reporting workflow was designed around:
Evidence Collection → Validation → Hold Checks → Health Score → Report Generation → Validation → Manual Approval → Email Delivery → Delivery Logging
Health scoring is allowed only when sufficient evidence coverage is available, and reports are automatically held when critical information is incomplete or unreliable.
Automated Reporting Pipeline
A complete monthly automation pipeline was built and tested.
The workflow:
- Collects available evidence.
- Timestamps sources.
- Validates information.
- Applies hold rules.
- Generates Markdown.
- Generates HTML.
- Generates PDF.
- Generates the client email draft.
The automation intentionally does not send client emails autonomously; manual approval remains required.

Report Redesign
A MainWP sample report was reviewed as a structural reference.
The new OpenClaw report retained useful concepts such as concise summaries and clear hierarchy while improving traceability, release status, data-period validation, recommendations, unavailable-data reporting, and overall presentation.
The revised professional report was six pages and again passed 9/9 validation checks.
Internal Testing
Internal report-delivery tests were completed for Nancy and subsequently Milan after explicit approvals.
No client email was sent and no production website, DNS, MainWP, or infrastructure changes were made.
Milan reviewed the pilot and confirmed that the automation worked successfully.
Overall Status: Pilot Successfully Verified
The report remained appropriately held from client delivery because evidence coverage was only 35% and mandatory data sources remained incomplete.

The AAWS Clients page’s custom HTML image section requires additional work because Featured Image updates alone do not modify those manually coded images.
Migration QA identified form, reCAPTCHA, navigation, mobile-layout, social-link, and accessibility issues across several migrated websites.
The Thomas Efraim LLP monthly-reporting automation pilot was successfully verified, but client delivery remains appropriately held until required evidence sources provide sufficient coverage.

Brizy recovery was successfully completed for Marijuana Sheds and Durham Tutor. Steve’s Sheds received spam-prevention improvements, while Durham Tutor also received substantial new development across four pages.
Canadian Obituaries received 15 new publications through the main automated publishing workflow, additional manually processed notices, image updates, and continued technical/on-page SEO work. All About Durham received new featured images across all September 28 articles.
The AAWS client directory received a major cover-image refresh, while Alex generated more than 100 client images and investigated the custom HTML image-display limitation on the Clients page.
