Task: Durham Directory Expansion

  • Updated the Durham Directory by identifying key and important places in Durham using Google Search and Google Maps.

  • Used AI assistance to generate clear, relevant, and user-friendly descriptions for each listing, improving directory completeness and usability.
  • Attended a progress review meeting with Ben to discuss completed work and next steps.

  • Successfully collected and completed listings for multiple home, furniture, retail, rental, and apartment businesses in Aruba.
  • Added and verified apartment and residential listings, ensuring accurate naming, location, and categorization.

Task: Schema Implementation & Validation

  • Completed Phase 2 of the schema implementation task, spending approximately 6 hours and 13 minutes.
  • Applied structured data to key website pages including homepage, services, contact, and about sections to improve search engine understanding.
  • Added complete business details such as name, address, phone number, website, and business type.
  • Implemented service-related structured data to enhance visibility in search results.
  • Completed Phase 3 by testing structured data using validation tools and confirmed no errors or warnings.

Task: Durham Directory Data Collection

  • Reviewed live vs reference versions of the BFO Durham site and ensured form security and validation were functioning correctly across all forms
  • Continued work on rebuilding and aligning the SXS Canada website to match and improve the live version.
  • Reviewed and fixed issues identified during Encore Duct Cleaning site comparison and validated phone/email form inputs.
