Heatwave Events is a not-for-profit organization hosting annual beach volleyball tournaments and team-building events across the Greater Toronto Area and surrounding regions. Celebrating its 31st year in 2025, the program features co-ed “Heatwave for SickKids” and “Icewave” tournaments, with multiple dates at locations including Toronto, Mississauga, Vaughan, and Oshawa. Beyond beach volleyball, Heatwave offers fundraising opportunities aimed at supporting The Hospital for Sick Children, as well as corporate team-building challenges and sponsorship programs—all promoted online with event calendars, registration forms, and donation tools.
